• What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click here and enter your email address that you used to create your iPropGames account, and you will be sent an email explaining how to reset your password.

  • What do I do if my account is locked?

If your account is locked, you will have contact us on the support page or email us at [email protected] so we can investigate.

  • How do I sign up?

You can sign up in just a few seconds from our home page. Once you've created your account you can join a Private Pool or a Public Pool.

  • What's the difference between a Private and Public Pool?

Private Pools are created by individuals who only want to play with a select group of friends, family, co-workers, etc. Public Pools are open to any player who is looking to play the game but may not have a Private Pool to join.

  • What is a 'Prop'?

A prop, or proposition, is a potential outcome of an event or situation during the game. Eg. Who will win the coin toss? How many field goals will there be in the game?

  • How does the payment process work?

All our payments are handled off site by PayPal. Once you've created your account and selected your Pool size, you will be taken to the PayPal site to make your payment.

Payment can be made via PayPal account or with a credit card. After your payment has been accepted and authorized by PayPal you will be redirected back to the iPropGames website and your Pool Page.

  • Is the payment process secure?

The PayPal site is highly secure. They use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal is used by millions worldwide and is the system eBay uses for all payments on its site. Your financial details are never passed on to us and are kept within PayPal's secure system. It's the safest, fastest and simplest form of online payment.

  • What if I don't have a Pool to join?

Our Public Pools are available to any individual who wants to play but doesn't have a Pool to join.

  • What is a Point Spread?

The number of points by which a stronger team can be expected to defeat a weaker team. Eg. New Orleans (-5) means New Orleans is favored to beat their opponents by 5 points or more. Buffalo (+5) means Buffalo is the underdog (weaker team) and will win the prop if they don't lose by 5 or more points.

  • What is over/under?

A prop on whether the combined total of the points/goals scored by the two teams will exceed or be less than a specified number.

  • How come my name doesn't show on the standings field?

The standings field only shows a maximum of 12 players results on the screen at one time. Due to the size of some pools you may need to use the scroll buttons to find your name. The game is setup to show the top 12 on the screen when you first view the page.

  • Why can't I see my name on the Picks page?

In order to make the Picks page easily viewable for the players, we can only fit 4 player names on the screen at one time. Use the left and right scroll arrows to find your name.

  • We have a 10-team Pool, but we now have 17 guys who want to join. How do we add more teams to our Pool?

Your Pool Commissioner can go to the Pool Home page and select the ‘Add more teams' button. Follow the few simple steps to increase the size of your Pool.

  • After I save my picks, can I go back and make a change?

Yes, as long as the changes are made before the Game Lock Deadline.

  • What is the Game Lock Deadline?

This is a specific time set by iPropGames that will lock the picks for all players in all pools. After this deadline no more picks will be permitted. This deadline is set to be a few minutes before the first prop of the game is set to happen (eg. Usually the coin flip).

  • What if I hit Save and I haven't made all my picks?

No worries, you can still go back to your Team and make the remaining picks, as long as it's before the deadline.

  • Why are some questions worth more than 1 point?

These questions are directly related to the outcome of the football game itself. iPropGames feels you should get a bit of a bonus for correctly picking the winner of the game. After all, that's why the big game is played.

  • What is a world wide leader?

This is the player that has the most points in the entire iPropGames system for the current game. See how you compare against the best in the world!

  • What is Consensus?

This is a great feature for those who may be unsure who to select in a certain prop. The ‘Consensus Pick' shows you what is the favorite pick of all the current players on iPropFootball. (eg. Coin Flip: 52% Heads means most people playing iPropFootball believe the coin flip will be heads.) This feature has no real bearing on the prop itself, but it will show you what the iPropFootball community feels is going to happen.
